Sie ist eine von vielen Schluchten auf Kreta durch die gewandert werden kann. Wir wurden zum obersten Startpunkt der Schlucht auf 760 H\u00f6henmeter gefahren und am Ausgang wieder abgeholt. Es war eine kurze, sehr entspannte und sch\u00f6ne Wanderung. Wir sind die 550m H\u00f6hendifferenz bergab gelaufen. Man l\u00e4uft \u00fcberwiegend auf Schotter, Steinen und einem abschnittsweise gepflasterten Weg. Links und Rechts ragen die steilen Felsw\u00e4nde teils senkrecht empor. Im unteren Teil der Schlucht gibt es eine Stelle an der man mit ausgestreckten Armen beide Felsw\u00e4nde ber\u00fchren kann. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Felstor durch das man hindurch l\u00e4uft. Zudem kann man einigen Bergziegen begegnen.
